I've used the Fireplace Solution to clean and install new logs and the service is excellent. They are responsive and professional and my last technician, Moses, was exceptional. He was very polite, conscientious and meticulous. He left the fireplace spotless and didn't leave until everything was perfect. 10/10 recommend.
